Press fittings in technopolymer
Bravopress® is a press fittings system made of technopolymer (PPSU), a plastic material characterised by an exceptional mechanical and corrosion resistance.
Bravopress® can be used with Pexal® and Mixal® multilayer pipes and can be employed for the construction of water supply, heating and cooling and industrial systems.
Product Features
- Compatibility: with a wide range of tools, the fittings can be pressed with the most widely used profiles on the market (H, TH, U, B, F, C, VAL).
- Performance: seal is guaranteed thanks to the use of 2 o-rings on the insert.
- Technology: made of polyphenylsulfone (PPSU), a technopolymer with great mechanical resistance that guarantees high performance over time.
- Reliability: sleeves in corrosion resistant stainless steel.
- Chemical resistance: to the main substances dissolved in water (in particular, chlorine), cement and lime.
- Drinking water: the use of certain raw materials make it suitable for drinking water supply systems.
- Safety: in the event of incomplete pressing the fittings guarantee detection of leakages during system pressure testing.
