Brass press fittings
Pexal® Brass press fittings are produced with a brass alloy body and stainless steel sleeve fixed with a ring in transparent polymeric material. They are suited to a multitude of applications, from hot and cold drinking water supply systems to heating and industrial plants.
The fittings are equipped with a special base ring in transparent polymeric material that disconnects the aluminium in the pipe from the brass in the fitting, increasing the insertion depth on the insert and allowing greater control. Each fitting is individually wrapped to improve handling on the installation site and for greater protection from dust and debris.
Product Features
- Two o-ring seals guarantee maximum hydraulic tightness.
- Sleeve pre-fitted on the fitting in stainless steel AISI 304 with inspection holes.
- Diameters from Ø 16 to 26 mm are characterised by the possibility of verifying correct installation of the product, detecting a leakage in the fitting if the same has not been pressed correctly.
- Diameters Ø 16 to 50 mm are available with multipress profiles for jaws H, TH, U, C, VAL.
- Made of a special brass alloy that is corrosion resistant.
- Possibility of using the product both in water supply and heating or cooling installations.
- Special ring in PTFE to prevent galvanic corrosion between the pipe and fitting.
- Wide range of diameters from Ø 14 to 90 mm.
